He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab African International Bank since June 2024, and Zain Group, representing the Kuwait Investment Authority since April 20, 2023, and a member of the Board of Directors of Zain Bahrain since June 19, 2023.

He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Zain Group, representing the Kuwait Investment Authority, on April 11, 2023.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company between 2018 and 2023, and the Kuwait Small Projects Development Company between 2014 and 2017, and was a member of the General Assembly of the Kuwait Public Transport Company between 2015 and 2018.

He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Airways Corporation between 2018 and 2020, Kuwait Industrial Bank between 2015 and 2018, Arab African International Bank between 2011 and 2017, Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company between 2012 and 2015, and Tourism Projects Company between 2007 and 2013.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1997 from Tennessee State University in the United States of America.
