Senior Vice President of Corporate Governance at the Public Investment Fund since September 2021, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She has been the Managing Director and Board Member of the Governance Center since January 2023. She has also been on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Cement Company since January 29, 2021, and the Saudi Shooting Federation since November 2021.

She held the position of Vice President of Corporate Governance at the Public Investment Fund between 2016 and 2021. She also worked as a corporate governance specialist at the Capital Market Authority between 2010 and 2016, and as a seconded economic and policy analyst at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development between 2012 and 2013 in France.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration in 2016 from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from Prince Sultan University in Saudi Arabia.
