She is a consultant for the “Arab Creators Division” in the Emirates, the head and founder of the “Alif Yaa Happiness” initiative and the “Beauties of Heart and Soul” forum, a training and development consultant for training programs for a number of training, development and consulting centers since 2014, a marketing and business development consultant at the “Arab World Institute for Vocational Rehabilitation” in Dubai since 2015, and a writer for several websites, including “Nabd Al-Emarat Newspaper” and the Emirati “Al-Saada Newspaper.”

She is also a Women Empowerment Consultant in the Community at the Smart Advancement Center for Professional and Administrative Development in the UAE, an international consultant in family and marital affairs, a certified trainer in innovation, thinking and creativity skills, and a certified assessor in measuring the latent creativity battery.

She also holds many local and international memberships and specialized titles, most notably Chair of the Women’s Committee at the International Federation for Sustainable Development affiliated with the United Nations, Women’s Empowerment Advisor in the Society at the Council of Experts and Consultants of the Smart Advancement Center in Dubai, Chair of the Tolerance and Happiness Committee at the Knights of Peace Association, member of the Arab Women Pioneers Network, member and advisor at the Mediterranean Business Academy, and many others.

She has over 20 years of practical experience in the administrative field at the executive, supervisory and advisory levels, as well as experience in the field of marketing, business development and event organization, with experience in human resources and recruitment inside and outside the Emirates.

She held the position of Director of the Tolerance and Happiness Department at the “Al Ihsan Charity Association” during 2017, Assistant Director of the “Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque” at the “Ministry of Presidential Affairs” in Abu Dhabi between 2010 and 2014, and Head of the Human Resources Department at Al Awael Securities Company between 2007 and 2010.

She was also a marketing officer at Al Salam Production and Media Company during 2006, an executive secretary at the Central Elections Committee between 2005 and 2006, an executive assistant at the Supreme Council for Development during 2005, an assistant for personnel affairs at Al Huda Advertising and Information Company between 2004 and 2005, and an executive assistant at Al Huda Optics Center between 2002 and 2004.

She participated in many conferences and forums locally and internationally, including the Happiness Journey Forum in Egypt in 2018, the Arab Youth and Women Ambassadors Conference in 2017, and the First Guidance Forum at the United Arab Emirates University in 2016, in addition to her participation in many local exhibitions, and conducting many training programs, workshops, and lectures.

She was chosen as the Goodwill Ambassador in the field of happiness and positivity for the year 2018, and was chosen and honored among the 100 most influential Arab figures in the Arab world in 2018, the Ambassador of Arab Women for 2017, and the Ambassador of Happiness and Creativity for 2016. She also won first place in the UAE for 3 consecutive years under the sponsorship of “Al-Ittihad Newspaper” in the printed magazine, investigative journalism, articles and short stories. She won the “Arab Diamond Award” in 2017, the “Arab Opera Award” in 2016, and was chosen as the best distinguished volunteer leader by the “Community Development Authority” in 2015.

She holds a degree in Public Administration in 2003 from the American World University, and a certificate in Management and Leadership in Marketing in 2005 from Al-Quds Open University, in addition to obtaining several accredited international training certificates.
