Haw’kamah Solutions Company was established in 2017 in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, responding to the growing demand for corporate governance, internal auditing, and compliance services.

The company boasts a team of seasoned experts specializing in governance, corporate structuring, regulatory oversight, and compliance. They work to develop governance frameworks and strengthen regulatory environments across governmental, private, and non-profit sectors, adhering to global best practices.

The company provides a range of advisory and supervisory services, including:

• Governance Consulting: Preparing a diagnostic study to evaluate the current governance framework within the organization, and designing and developing governance guides within the organization.
• Control and Compliance: Assisting organizations in establishing control departments, developing organizational structures and job descriptions, developing regulations and regulatory policies, implementing comprehensive internal audit and risk assessment services, and implementing audit programs to oversee operational and financial processes.
• Administrative Governance: Establishing structures, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with governance requirements, in line with the vision of the Board of Directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. This includes preparing diagnostic studies and gap analyses, developing a general and detailed organizational structure manual for all departments, developing a human resources policy and procedure manual, and developing operational policy and procedure manuals.

Achievements and contributions:

• Designing governance guides for more than 100 entities, including family-owned businesses, closed joint-stock companies, non-profit organizations, and development committees, which contributed to strengthening regulatory and oversight practices within these entities.
• Launched specialized training programs in collaboration with the Financial Academy, affiliated with the Saudi Central Bank, covering topics such capital market regulation, financial crimes and violations, internal auditing, governance, and financial investigation techniques, contributing to the development of the professional competencies of those working in the financial services sector.
• Trained over 250 Board members, members of Board committees, executive management, and the Secretariat on the latest practices in governance, corporate values, and Board policies and procedures, which contributed to raising the level of institutional efficiency and enhancing compliance with the best regulatory standards.
