He is a member of the Board of Directors of Al Moammar Information Systems Company ( MIS ) since June 18, 2022, “ Naseej International Trading Company ” since August 26, 2020, “ Bowan Group ” since 2019, “ Natural Gas Distribution Company ”, “ United Cement Industrial Company ”, “Ceramic Pipes Company”, and “ Astra Industrial Group ”.
He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) on December 1, 2021.
He held several positions at the Saudi Ceramics Company , including Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors between October 2018 and April 1, 2022, Managing Director, and CEO between 2003 and 2015.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of Samba Financial Group , the Industrial Clusters Program between 2015 and 2017, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones ( MODON ) between 2014 and 2017, and the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. He also held the position of Director General of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund between 2015 and 2018.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1980 from Whitworth University in the United States of America.
