Director of “Ras Al Khaimah Medical District”, United Arab Emirates. He founded the “Statistics and Research Center” in the “ Ministry of Health and Community Protection” in the Emirates in 2006, and served as Director of the Planning and Statistics Department in the same Ministry between 2002 and 2010, and served as General Director of “Saqr Hospital,” and headed the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department at “Mafraq Hospital.” Between 1996 and 2002. He holds a doctorate in ear, nose and throat surgery in 1996 from the Rhine-Westphalia University “Aachen” in Germany, a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery in 1984 from “Ain Shams University” in Cairo, and a diploma in ear, nose and throat surgery in 1989 from the “University of Austria.”
