Director of the Oversight and Inspection Department at the Licensing Agency at the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai , United Arab Emirates.

He held several positions at the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority , namely: Director of the Technology Strategy and Governance Department in the Corporate Technical Support Services Sector, Director of the Information Technology Department between 2007 and 2016, and Director of the Information Technology Services Department between 2006 and 2007.

He also worked as a project manager and head of the network unit in the Dubai Municipality between 2005 and 2006, a computer systems engineer between 2000 and 2005, and a technical support employee between 1996 and 2000 in the same municipality.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology in 2000 from the Higher Colleges of Technology .
