He is the founder of Meem Holding Company since September 2022.

He has 20 years of experience in various fields including public-private partnerships, operations management, strategic planning, finance and investment affairs, where he previously held the position of Director of Digital Transformation and Commercial Development Department, Dubai Taxi Company.

He held several positions in the Roads and Transport Authority, including:

• Director of Digital Transformation and Business Development between 2022 and 2023.
• Director of Operations and Commercial Affairs between 2021 and 2022.
• Director of Business Activities Department between 2013 and 2021.

He was also the Director of Operations at Wasl Group between 2006 and 2013.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology . He is also a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development in 2010 and a Certified Board Member in 2018.
