Director of the "Talent Management Center" at the " Abu Dhabi Police " since August 2017, United Arab Emirates. He held several positions in the Human Resources Sector at the " Abu Dhabi Police ", namely: Head of the Job Development Section between 2013 and 2017, Job Analysis Manager between 2010 and 2011, Job Evaluation Manager between 2012 and 2013, and a member of the Innovation Team. He also served as a member of several committees in the same police, including: the Advisory Committee for the Development of the Police Bachelor's Program at the " Rabdan Academy ", the Compensation and Benefits Development Committee, the Promotion Standards Committee, the Human Resources Experts Development Committee, and the Organizational Structure Development Committee. He was the Commander-in-Chief of the "Abu Dhabi Police Youth Council" between 2017 and 2019. He holds a Diploma in Leadership in 2015 from the Institute of Management and Leadership in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Police Science in 2013 from the Abu Dhabi Police College , a Master’s in Strategic Management in 2012 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates, and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management in 2010 from the Swinburne University of Technology in the Commonwealth of Australia.
