An Emirati economist. He is a certified arbitrator and financial expert, a certified financial advisor from Canada, a certified public accountant, a certified trainer for the language of audit orders from Belgium, a certified fraudster from the United States of America, the Chief Financial Officer at the Dubai Airports Corporation, and the Senior Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in the United States. He is also a founding member of the Emirates Association of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, a member of the Auditors Registration Committee in the UAE, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association in the United States of America, the American Society for Quality, the Hospitality and Technology Financial Professionals Association for the Hotel Sector, the Financial Advisors Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a recognized member in the category of judicial assistants, and the UAE representative in the GCC Committee for E-Commerce. He served as the Director General of the Emirates Association of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors between 2000 and 2002, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Conferences Committee of the same association between 2002 and 2004, President of the American Institute of Internal Auditors in the Emirates between 2006 and 2007, Director of the Internal Audit Department at the Finance Department of the Ruler’s Court in the Government of Dubai, and Deputy Director of the Performance Control, Information Systems Audit and Training Department in the same government. He was also a member of the Supreme Committee for Development and Automation of the general budget in the "Dubai Government", and a member of the Board of Directors of the " Dubai Financial Market " between 2010 and 2021. He received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" in the economic, auditing and control sector for the year 2013, and the "Financial Thinker Award" for the year 2012 in the Middle East and North Africa. He also has many articles and studies that discuss vital economic events that influence economic developments worldwide. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from " Ain Shams University ".
