He held many positions, including: Chairman of the Federal Electricity and Water Authority “FEWA” , General Manager of “ Ras Al Khaimah Petroleum Company ”, “Ras Al Khaimah Gas Authority”, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Fidelity United Company”, and Deputy Board of Directors of “United Insurance Company”. He also served as a member of the Municipal Council of the “ Ras Al Khaimah Municipality ”, the “ Ras Al Khaimah Chamber ”, the Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries Company “Julphar”, and the “ Majan Printing and Packaging Company ” . The American “Forbes” magazine ranked him ninth on the list of the richest Emirati businessmen. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom, and a diploma in Radar Engineering Management from Marconi University in the same country.
