He is a board member of "Etihad Credit Export Insurance Company".

He has over 17 years of experience in the banking sector, during which he held several leadership positions in both the retail and corporate banking sectors.

He served as General Manager of Infrastructure at First Abu Dhabi Bank between 2019 and 2021, and Regional Manager of Branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain at the same bank between 2017 and 2019.

Prior to that, he held several positions at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi , which later merged with First Gulf Bank under the name First Abu Dhabi Bank . These included General Manager of the Risk Management Department between 2016 and 2017, General Manager of Real Estate and Family Conglomerates between 2014 and 2016, General Manager of Retail Banking and Elite Banking Services during 2014, General Manager of New Banking and Innovation between 2013 and 2014, Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Projects and Innovation between 2012 and 2013, Head of Direct Banking and Electronic Development between 2010 and 2012, Senior Manager of Channels and Electronic Banking Services between 2005 and 2011, and also worked as a Senior Manager of Electronic Banking Services between 2006 and 2008, and as an employee in the Human Resources Department for one year.

He won the "Best CEO in Banking Transformation in the UAE" award for 2021 from "International Finance Magazine".

He graduated from Harvard Business School and the School of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech.
