Former CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Group from February 2015 to January 2023, United Arab Emirates.

He held several positions at Majid Al Futtaim Properties , including: Head of Corporate Development, Head of Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Legal Affairs.

He also co-founded the Bejjani-Malkani-Rajid Law Firm in Lebanon and served as Executive Vice President of the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon ( IDAL ).

He obtained a Master's degree in Law in 1994 from the University of Paris-Est Créteil in France.
