She has been the CEO of the New Media Academy and Visionaries since 2020.

She served as CEO of Mesh in the UAE from 2019 to 2021, which she co-founded. She was also Deputy Director General of the Public Diplomacy Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, and Director of Information and Communications Technology at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation from 2013 to 2018.

She was also the IT Manager at Petrofac Emirates from 2010 to 2013, a Senior Business Analyst at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) from 2007 to 2008, Head of the Labor Market Information Unit at the National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority (Tanmia) from 2005 to 2007, and a Senior IT Officer at the same authority from 2002 to 2005.

She has participated in a number of national campaigns, initiatives and projects, such as the “Most Beautiful Winter in the World” campaign.

She has over 18 years of experience in IT, project management, strategy, talent management, and media.

She holds a Master's degree in International Commercial Law and a Master's degree in Engineering Systems Management from the American University of Sharjah in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university in 2001.
