She is the Executive Director and Founding Member of the Friends of the Disabled Association , a member of the Gulf Disability Association, and Chair of the Social Services Development Committee at the Riyadh Chamber.

She was a professor in the Department of Psychology at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University , and had many volunteer works and participations in the field of special education.

She has also participated in numerous courses, conferences, and seminars in Riyadh, Kuwait, Beirut, and Cairo, including the Beirut Autism Conference with UNICEF and the Lebanese Autism Society, the First Riyadh Forum for People with Special Needs, the First Cairo Conference on Disability and Rehabilitation Sciences, the Second International Conference on Autism and Communication Disabilities in Kuwait, and many others.

Among her publications: "Memoirs of a Friend" (2010).

She won the Arab Woman Award from the London Arab Foundation in 2019.

She holds a Master's degree in Student Guidance and Counseling from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in 2014, a Master's degree in Psychology from the College of Humanities at the British Open University in 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Psychology, from King Saud University in 1996.
