In his role, Dimitri holds full oversight and accountability for the strategy and performance of the 3 legal entities under the Pharma sector umbrella: SITCO, AJA Pharma, CCCI.

Dimitri brings over 25 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning the US, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Saudi Chemical Holding, he spent 15 years at Eli Lilly & Company. an American pharmaceutical company, and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Initially, Dimitri spent 8 years with Lilly in Japan, where he led the introduction and acceleration of new and existing innovative brands, as well as the digital transformation of the 2nd largest Lilly affiliate.

He later assumed responsibility for Strategy & Operations of Lilly USA Diabetes, the company’s single largest business entity.

In 2021, he was appointed the President & General Manager of Eli Lilly Saudi Arabia Ltd. Where he was fully accountable for delivering the regional enterprise growth and transformation agenda across Diabetes, Immunology, Oncology, and Pain Therapeutic Areas, until 2023.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in the United States and a Diploma in Marketing from the Netherlands.
