He has been Chairman of Omnicom Media Group since June 2019, and a member of the investors of the Shark Tank Dubai TV show, a program in which entrepreneurs compete for the opportunity to convince a panel of investors of an innovative idea or business project worthy of funding.

He served as CEO of Omnicom Media Group between 2006 and 2019, and Regional Managing Director for the Levant and North Africa at Optimum Media Direction, a subsidiary of Omnicom Media Group, between 2001 and 2005. He also held several positions in Impact BBDO between 1988 and 2000, reaching the position of Assistant Administrative Director.

He was a founding member of the “Changing Stereotypes in Advertising Initiative” in the UAE in 2020.

Forbes Middle East ranked him among the “List of the 50 Most Powerful Regional CEOs of the Most Powerful Global Companies” for the year 2020.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance in 1988 from the American University of Beirut , and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1983 from the same university.
