She has been Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Advertising Business Group since June 2018.

She has been a member of the board of directors of Endeavor UAE since June 2022, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB GCC) since April 2018, and the United Nations Alliance to Change Stereotypes in Advertising since January 2021. She has also been a member of the advisory board of the Middle East Diversity Action Council since July 2020.

During her career, she held a number of positions and memberships, including:

• Chief Operating Officer of Omnicom Media Group from 2019 to 2021.
• Member of the Board of Directors of the International Advertising Association (IAA) UAE Chapter from 2016 to 2020.
• CEO of the Middle East and North Africa region at PHD Media between 2008 and 2019.
• Managing Director of BHD Media in the UAE between 2008 and 2016.
• Planning Director at Optimum Media Direction from 2006 to 2008.
• Media Executive at Starcom MediaVest Group between 2003 and 2006.
