Director of Human Resources at the Jordanian Phosphate Mines Company since December 2020, The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

She has been the Account Manager for the Saving Fund in the same company since October 2008. She is also the secretary of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the Central Human Resources Committee, and the administrative body of the Savings Fund in the company.

She is a member of the Central Human Resources Committee and the Central Health Insurance Committee of the Jordanian Phosphate Mines Company, in addition to her membership in the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Investment and Southern Development Company.

She held the position of Director of Financial Audit at Al-Ru'ya Company for Land Transport of Goods, and Head of Savings Fund Accounts at the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company. She also worked at the Oman Investment Bank between 1994 and 1995, in addition to her work at Al-Hussein Medical City during 1993. .

She served as a member and secretariat of the Board of Directors of “ Al Roya Company for Land Transport of Goods .”

She holds a doctorate in business administration and a bachelor's degree in banking and financial sciences.
