He held the position of Head of Human Resources at “ Emkan Company ” between August 2022 and May 2023, and was a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at the same company between March and August 2022. He also held a number of tasks and responsibilities at “ Al Rajhi Bank ”, including: Assistant General Manager of the Human Resources Excellence Center between 2021 and 2022.

He previously held several positions at the Saudi British Bank ( SABB ), including: Senior Manager of Human Resources Transformation and Operations between 2016 and 2017, Director of Talent Management between 2012 and 2013, and Senior Partner for Human Resources Business at Banque Saudi Fransi between 2014 and 2015.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management, from the Open University of Malaysia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2005 from King Saud University .

 He has also completed a number of programs in the fields of organizational leadership, human resources management, the future of work, executive presence, influence, corporate governance, and leadership basics.
