He has 14 years of experience in the field of human resources, where he held several positions in the “ Savola Group ”, including: Executive Director of Human Resources between 2018 and 2019, Director of Human Resources between 2017 and 2018, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources between 2016 and 2017.

He held the position of HR and Administrative Services Business Partner at Crystal Company between 2013 and 2016, HR Business Partner at National Commercial Bank between 2010 and 2013, and Assistant Manager for Recruitment Affairs at Emaar, The Economic City between 2008 and 2010.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology in 2008 from DePaul University in the United States of America, and a Professional Human Resources Expert ( PHRi ) certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
