She has more than 10 years of experience in the human resources sector, where she held several positions at the Saudi Awwal Bank, including: Vice President of Human Resources between October 2021 and February 2022, Head of Human Resources between 2020 and 2022, Senior Manager of Organizational Development between 2017 and 2018, Director of Performance and Organizational Development between 2016 and 2017, and Director of Organizational Development between 2014 and 2016. She also worked in Talent Management and Recruitment at the SABB Management Development Program between 2011 and 2012.

She held the position of Head of Human Resources at SABB Takaful Company between 2018 and 2020.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Brunel University London in 2010. She has completed a number of executive courses and programs at London Business School, INSEAD, and Harvard Business School. She also holds several accredited certificates in the field of human resources, such as CIPD, WLCP, and CLP.
