She leads the Talent Management department, contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies, including talent acquisition, workforce development, and capability building across the company.

Since joining Zain in 2014, she has progressed through a series of roles, including,:

• Member of the Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll team

During her tenure, AlNowaiser has spearheaded two transformation programs in collaboration with global firms, resulting in several strategic initiatives that enhanced the work environment and recruitment landscape. These initiatives include the launch of “Zain Academy” and the HiPo program, as well as policy updates and market research aimed at improving compensation structures.

She has also contributed to strengthening Zain’s corporate culture, streamlining HR operations, and leading the development of HR policies to ensure compliance with governmental and organizational regulations.

Prior to joining Zain KSA, AlNowaiser worked as a Payroll Specialist at PepsiCo.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from King Saud University (2014), along with several professional certifications in human resources and business administration.
