He has been a board member of Al Saidan Real Estate Company since September 2024, Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Al Jazeera Capital Company since November 2022, and at Al Jomaih Holding Company since May 2025, and a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at several other companies, including:

• "The Equestrian Authority " since March 2026.
• " National Infrastructure Fund " since October 2024.
• " Awqaf Investment Company " since May 2024.
• " The Reg Project " is one of the projects of the " Public Investment Fund " since January 2024.
• " Al-Jazira Takaful Company " since May 2021.

He held the position of Head of the Human Capital Group at “Bank Al-Jazira”, and Chief Human Capital Officer at the “ Tourism Development Fund ”, and served as a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee in the Southern Health Clusters of the “Ministry of Health”, and the Third Cluster of the same Ministry.

He also held several positions at the Saudi British Bank (SABB ), including:

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (2007), a Diploma in Board Management from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland, and has completed several leadership and strategy programs at international organizations such as INSEAD and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
