He is the Executive Chairman of “Valeant Hospital and Clinics” since 2021, Chairman of “Okadoc” since 2021, founder, managing partner, and Vice Chairman of “Ithmar Capital” since 2004, Vice Chairman of “Belhoul Investment Office” since 1997، Vice Chairman of the Dubai Chamber, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of NMC Healthcare .

He founded Amanat Holding Company “Amanat” and chaired its Board of Directors. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of a number of business groups and associations, including the Council of Private Hospitals in the Emirates, the Council of Emirates Private Schools, and the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Equipment Business Group in the “Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.” He served as a member of the Council of Management between 2008 and 2021.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering in 1998 from Boston University in the United States of America, and completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University in 2019.
