He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Thabat Real Estate Development Company”, and a member of the Board of Directors of “Bouan Group” as of September 26, 2022, “Badwa Capital Company” since 2017, and “Rafal Real Estate Development Company”.

He has 20 years of experience in trading construction tools, distribution and industrial tools.

He held the position of General Manager of several companies, including “Masdar Carpentry Materials Company” between 2017 and 2019, “Masdar Technical Equipment Company” between 2017 and 2019, and “Isnad Company” in Jordan between 2013 and 2014.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the United Mining Industries Company between 2018 and 2021, Manahil Al Rayyan Company in Iraq between 2014 and 2019, Al Maha General Trading Company in Iraq between 2015 and 2017, and Al Bunyan International Company in Dubai between 2009 and 2016.

He held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager of the Industrial Sector for the Levant Region at Al-Muhaidib Group between 2013 and 2017, Acting General Manager of Pioneer Cement Industries Limited between 2013 and 2014, and Operations Manager at Majid Al-Muhaidib Trading Company between 2001 and 2005.

He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2017, and a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Tennessee State University in 2001.
