Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Child Protection Association since 2017, United Arab Emirates.

He has been the Director of Information Technology Governance at the UAE Ministry of Interior since 2018, a non-resident internal management consultant at the Emirates Government Knowledge Center, and Chairman and CEO of Digital Research Technologies since 2016.

He held several previous positions in Abu Dhabi Police: Chief Information Security Officer between 2010 and 2016, Head of the General Administration of Central Operations between 2008 and 2012, Director of the Studies and Technical Affairs Branch between 2007 and 2008, Police Officer between 1994 and 2016, and the Official Police Spokesman between 2007 and 2015.

He was also the founding director of the Ministry of Interior’s Center for Child Protection between 2010 and 2014.

He is considered one of the Emirati inventors and has many patents, and the innovator of an application to combat data fires. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of strategy, governance, risk management, digital transformation, information security, business continuity, physical security, and others.

He won many local and international awards, both locally and internationally, and represented the Emirates in many events, conferences, exhibitions, forums and workshops. He holds a master’s degree in cybersecurity in 2010 from Zayed University in the UAE, a master’s degree in information security in 2004 from the Royal Melbourne University of Technology in Australia, a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2000 from the United Arab Emirates University, and a diploma in police science in 2006 from Abu Dhabi Police College.
