She is a candidate for the 2023 Federal National Council elections for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

She held the position of Director of Al Waqan Center for Care and Rehabilitation, affiliated with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, between 2015 and 2018, Head of the Personnel Affairs Department at the Al Ain Center for People of Determination, between 2006 and 2015, and Head of the Professional Development and Development Department at Dar Zayed for Comprehensive Care.

She won first place in the “ Khalifa Educational Award ” at the Arab world level in the field of people of determination, in the category of centers and institutions, in the thirteenth session.

She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Institutions Management in 2015 from the Higher Colleges of Technology , a Master’s degree in Special Education in 2014 from Deakin University in Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2003 from the United Arab Emirates University .
