Chief People Officer at Oman Telecommunications Company “ Omantel ” since April 2017, Sultanate of Oman.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Omani Society for Human Resources Management.

He held several positions at Oman Telecommunications Company ( Omantel ), including: Executive Vice President of Human Resources between 2009 and 2017, Director of Human Resources Development and Planning between 2006 and 2008, and Assistant Director of Manpower Planning between 1996 and 1998. He also worked in the Information Technology Department between 1991 and 1996, and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Public Administration.

He won the “Human Resources Professional Award” for the private sector at the level of the Arabian Gulf, as part of the fifth session of the “Gulf Excellence Award in Human Resources for the year 2013.”

He completed his studies in the United States of America, where he obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration in 2005 from Webster University, a Master’s in Human Resources Development in 2001 from Scott School of Business, and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management in 1995 from Seattle Pacific University.
