She is the founder and creative director of Hajar Design Studio since September 2018, and a member of the Dubai Design and Fashion Council since June 2017.

She assumed the position of Director of Public Relations and Media at Abu Dhabi Global Market between 2017 and 2019, Director of Communications at the Emirates Foundation between 2016 and 2017, and Digital Director at the same foundation between 2015 and 2016. She also held the position of Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist at the UAE Ministry of Presidential Affairs between 2014 and 2015.

She worked as a senior analyst in the communications unit at Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC) between 2013 and 2014, and as an analyst at the same company between 2011 and 2012. She was a graphic designer and public relations coordinator at the Family Development Foundation between 2003 and 2010.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Technology in 2003 from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
