She is the founder and director of innovation at “Community Cafe” since 2016, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of both the “Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry” and the “Investment Bank” since May 19, 2022.

She served as Vice Chairman and Head of Corporate Governance at Moderna Contracting LLC, Director of Growth and Acquisitions at Bin Owais Trading Company, and Head of Procurement at Sharjah Media Corporation between 2005 and 2007.

She holds a master’s degree in urban planning in 2017 from the American University of Sharjah, and a bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology in 2003 from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
