He has been the General Manager of "Daman Healthcare Solutions Company" since 2018, a member of the Board of Directors of " Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company ", and "Independent Health for Independent Health Information Technology Services Company", and is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the " Emirates Insurance Association ", Chairman of the Higher Technical Committee and Chairman of the Technical Committee for Life and Health Insurance. He is a member of the "International Society for Forensic Genetics", and a member of the Editorial Board of the "Global Journal of Agriculture". He is one of the first certified specialists in the field of forensic medicine at the state level, and held the position of Deputy CEO and Acting CEO of the National Health Insurance Company " Daman ". He also held a number of leadership positions in a number of federal and local government agencies, in addition to his work at the regional level representing the United Arab Emirates in tasks focused on cooperation and coordination with international organizations. Al Muhayyas led a number of initiatives at the state level, most notably the chairmanship of the National Biosecurity Committee Office. During his career, he received medals and certificates of appreciation from various government agencies, the most important of which was winning the “Emirates Award for Distinguished Government Performance” in the Creative Initiative category, for a specialized project in the field of forensic medicine. He holds a Master’s degree in DNA from the University of Central Lancashire, and a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Medicine from the University of Glamorgan in the United Kingdom.
