Hanan Mansour Ahly's Bio

Acting Director of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre , United Arab Emirates.
She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Fund for Corporate Social Responsibility , and a member of the UAE Gender Balance Council .
She held the position of Executive Director of the Competitiveness Sector at the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority, which was transformed into the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Center , Director of Disseminating the Culture of Competitiveness and Sustainable Development Goals at the same authority, and Head of Career and Professional Development at Zayed University between 2011 and 2016. She was a participating project manager at the Emirates Competitiveness Council between 2011 and 2013.
She worked as a responsible for managing treasury operations, assets, shareholders’ equity, internal audit operations and auditing of Sharia-compliant products in the Finance Department at “ Mawarid Finance Group ”.
She has extensive experience in business administration, international relations, policy-making, finance programs, and Islamic economics. She has also won the “Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Program for Excellence and Community Intelligence” award and the “Dubai Economic Research Award.”
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the American University of Sharjah in 2014, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences, specializing in Finance, from Zayed University in 2008. She is a graduate of the UAE Government Leaders Program, Future Leadership Category.
