Emirati banking expert and entrepreneur.

She has been the Regional Director of Investigations at HSBC Bank Middle East Limited since 2016. She has been the Regional Director of System Investigation and Fraud Detection at the same bank since 2011.

She trained in the management department at HSBC Bank between 2011 and 2013. She is the first Emirati female pioneer in the field of tour guiding, and one of the founders of the “Emirates Knights Volunteer Team”, as she created and organized many of its initiatives, most notably the “In Their Eyes” initiative, which is launched every year in conjunction with “International Workers’ Day”.

She has extensive experience and achievements in volunteer work, both locally and internationally. She began her volunteer work years ago, volunteering to build a school in a remote village in Cambodia with the Dubai Cares Campaign. She also volunteered in an orphanage in Nepal, where she climbed the Himalayas to support them and raise the UAE flag. She then spent time with children, teaching them and creating entertainment programs for them.

She is considered one of the first licensed Emirati female tour guides to practice the profession in her city, and she launched her name in the field of tourism under the name “Kashta with Heba”, where she takes her visitors on a journey to discover the heritage, customs and traditions of her country, the Emirates, by walking around the neighborhoods of “Old Dubai”.

She studied culture and arts for two years through the Fellowship Programme organised by the British Council and the Abu Dhabi Culture and Arts Authority, and obtained other certificates in banking studies and others.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communication and Media Sciences in 2010 from Zayed University .
