He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Khaleeji Commercial Bank ” since April 6, 2022, “Esterad Investment Company ,” “ GFH Capital Company ,” and “Infracorp,” and a member of the Board of Directors of “ GFH Financial Group .” .

He served as Acting CEO of “ GFH Financial Group ” between 2012 and 2013, and Head of the Investment Team in the same group, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Aluminum Extrusion Company “ Blexco ”, “Al Saqr Cement Company”, and “Falcon Cement Company”. “ Gulf Holding Company ”, “Khaleej Tunis Company”, and “Royal Ranches Company in Marrakesh”.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Shuaa Capital Company in the Emirates. He also worked as General Manager of Invita Company, affiliated with the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait , between 1999 and 2007.

He was classified as one of the top CEOs in the investment banking sector in Bahrain in 2021 by “Global Economics Magazine,” and was classified as one of the top CEOs in the field of financial services and investment in 2019.

He also won the “Banker of the Year” award in 2020 and the title of “CEO of an Investment Bank” in 2019 at the “Middle East Awards.”

He has more than 24 years of experience in wealth management, real estate, commercial banking and asset management.

He holds a Master’s degree with honors in Business Administration from DePaul University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Engineering from the University of Bahrain .
