Member of the Audit Committee of the Saudi Reinsurance Company since 2016, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He has been a member of the audit committee at the Saudi Ground Services Company since May 5, 2019, and a fellow of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He served as Executive Vice President of Finance at “ Bank Albilad ”, and Chief Financial Officer at “ Al Rajhi Financial Company ”, and held several positions at “Al Rajhi Bank ”, including: Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer at “Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia”, and General Manager.

He also worked as a financial manager at Flynas , an insurance supervisor at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), and was a member of the audit committee at Amana Cooperative Insurance Company .

He has experience in commercial and investment banking, insurance, finance, and operations management in startups and global institutions.

He obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2004 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the United States of America, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2000 from King Saud University , a Certified Fraud Investigator (CFE) certificate, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, and completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program in 2015 from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Stanford University in America.
