He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company” since March 10, 2024.

He held several positions at Al Rajhi Bank , including: Vice President of the Financial Group between 2017 and 2021, Head of the Bank’s Financial Group in Malaysia between 2014 and 2017, Head of the Bank’s Financial Group in Jordan between 2013 and 2014, and Head of the Reporting and Finance Department between 2012 and 2013.

He also worked as a senior supervisor of the insurance sector at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) between 2006 and 2012, and as a banking inspector of the banking sector at the same agency between 2003 and 2006.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance in 2006 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the United States, a Master’s degree in Accounting in 2005 from the same university, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2002 from King Saud University .
