He has been the Managing Director of the same bank since June 3, 2025. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of: “ Alinma Tokio Marine Company ” since June 9, 2021, and “ Alinma Investment Company .”

Appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Alinma Bank on May 21, 2025.

He has over 28 years of experience in the banking sector, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Banque Saudi Fransi , Group Chief Financial Officer at Al Rajhi Bank , and Group Chief Financial Officer at Al Rajhi Banking and Investment Company.

He joined the Arab National Bank in 2004 and served as Group Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller. He also held several positions at Samba Financial Group , including Assistant General Manager in the Kingdom and Financial Controller. He also worked as Assistant General Manager at the Saudi American Bank and was a member of the Board of Directors of MetLife AIG Arab Bank .

He was ranked among the "Most Powerful CEOs in the Middle East" for 2021 and 2022 by Forbes Middle East .

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami in the United States of America in 1991, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University in 1987, and a Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1996.
