Associate Professor in the Pre-School Child Department, College of Education, Sultan Qaboos University , Sultanate of Oman.

He was head of the Pre-School Child Department, and an associate professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning Technology in the College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University .

He has several books in the field of caring for children and people with special needs, including: “Teaching reading and writing in the kindergarten stage,” “The Practical Guide to Training the Mentally Disabled,” and “Hearing Disability.”

He holds a doctorate from the University of Queensland in Australia.
