Director General of the Dubai Judicial Institute since October 2021, United Arab Emirates.

She has been the honorary president of the Women’s Council at Dubai Courts since 2015, and the editorial board director of Sada Al-Mahkam Magazine. She has also been a member of the Development and Intellectual Property Committee since 2019, a member of the Smart Transformation Team to prepare the smart lawsuit file, and a member of each of: the Judicial Committee concerned with the sale of residential properties by heirs, and the Judicial Committee concerned with exemption and postponement.

She was appointed to the Dubai Courts as a primary judge in 2009, then joined the specialized departments of the civil, real estate, commercial and criminal courts. In 2014, she became the head of the general departments of the civil and real estate court, and was promoted to the rank of appeal judge in 2021, where she worked in the Court of Appeal in the Real Estate Appeal Department, then was promoted to the rank of senior appeal judge in December 2022.

She worked as a legal researcher in the Legal Affairs Department at the UAE Ministry of Education between 2006 and 2009.

I wrote the books “Civil Protection of the Consumer According to the Civil Transactions Law and the Consumer Protection Law” and “Provisions of Compulsory Insurance against Civil Liability.”

She holds a PhD in Private Law from the Dubai Police Academy in 2019, a Master’s degree in Private Law from the same academy in 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from the United Arab Emirates University.
