Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) since October 27, 2019, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is the founder of “Zamil Steel Company”, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Zamil Holding Group ” since 2018, “ Middle East Battery Company ” since 1999, “Al-Rabiah, Al-Nassar and Al-Zamil Concrete Industries Company”, and “Iqaa Association for the Care of People with Disabilities”.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, and a member of the Supreme Commission for the Development of the Eastern Region.

He held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of “ Zamil Industrial Investment Company ” between 2010 and 2022, and “Gulf Insulation Group”, Chairman of the Federation of “Saudi Chambers Council”, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Eastern Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry”, and was a member of the “Eastern Region Council”, the Advisory Board of the “ Supreme Economic Council ”, Managing Director of “ Zamil Industrial Investment Company ”, and Managing Director for Strategic Affairs at “ Zamil Holding Group ”.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef), the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce in London, and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1972 from the University of Southern California in the United States of America.
