Emirati lawyer and legal consultant. He is a notary public, a certified arbitrator, and a lawyer and managing partner at “ Al Kamali Law Firm & Legal Consultancy ” in the UAE. He has legal experience in corporate transactions, commercial transactions, labor disputes, corporate restructuring, preparing agreements and joint venture contracts, negotiating and advising clients. He held the position of Assistant Advisor and Head of the Complaints and Suggestions Department at “ Dubai Financial Market ” and also worked as a representative of the market and Assistant Advisor in amending the laws of “ Dubai Government ” and local Dubai departments at “His Highness the Ruler’s Court”. He worked within the legal team responsible for amending and discussing the laws of “ Dubai International Financial Centre ”. He also worked at “BSA Ahmed Bin Huzaim & Partners” as a certified lawyer at “ DIFC ”, as well as in the state courts, and as the head of the Notary Public Department at the office. He holds a Master’s degree from “Dubai Police College”, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law in 2009 from “ University of Sharjah ”.
