Owner of "Ambition East Nation Company", United Arab Emirates. She is an educational program specialist and an independent trainer in management and leadership since 2012. She was an academic and professional consultant at " Rabdan Academy " between 2019 and 2021, and the branch manager of the Training, Development, Quality and Strategy Department at the "Juvenile Care Center" in Abu Dhabi. She held several positions at the "Forensic Evidence Department" at the "General Command of Abu Dhabi Police", namely: Head of the Support Services Department between 2009 and 2012, Director of the Administrative Affairs Branch between 2003 and 2009, Director of the Finance and Administration Branch between 2000 and 2003, and Director of the Office of the Director of Forensic Evidence between 1997 and 2000. She has over 24 years of experience in the field of project management, training and guidance, employee development, human resources planning, human resources policies, performance evaluation methodologies, and academic guidance. She has completed several training courses and programs, including: the Happiness and Quality of Life Leader Training Program in 2022 from the "Arkan Center for Training, Research and Management Consulting", and the ISO Systems Internal Auditing Course. She has also participated in attending several conferences, including: the "International Crime Scene Conference" in 2014 in Abu Dhabi, and the "Institute of Personnel and Development Conference" in human resources in 2012 in the United Kingdom. She has also won some awards, including: the "Ideal Employee Award" from the "General Command of Abu Dhabi Police". She studied in the United Kingdom, where she obtained a PhD in Human Resources Management in 2015 from "Nottingham Trent University", an MBA specializing in training and development in 2008 from "Solent University", a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2007 from the "University of Bedfordshire", and a Diploma in Organizational Learning and its Relationship to Quality and Excellence in 2021 from "Al Maktoum College of Higher Education".
