Diplomatic and Official Roles:

• Advisor to the President of the Arab Creators Union, a member organization affiliated with the United Nations (August 2024 – July 2025).
• Diplomatic Representative of the Arab Creators Union in Geneva to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) (2023–2024).
• Head of the Education Sector at the Arab Media Professionals Union (July 2019 – August 2023).

He has also held a number of governmental and private-sector responsibilities, including:

• Senior Advisor at the COP28 Conference of the Parties.
• Director of Media and Protocol Affairs and Special Advisor to Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed Al Maktoum.
• Protocol and Communications Capacity Development Specialist at the Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid within the Ministry of Defence.
• Director and Speaker at the First Global Conference on Food Preservation, organized by the Emirates Red Crescent.
• Speaker and Presenter at the Fujairah Research Conference, organized in cooperation with the Office of Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of Fujairah.

• HDTC ON — Co-founder and partner of a platform specializing in professional training and consulting services for Arabic-speaking audiences, with offices in Riyadh, Dubai, and Istanbul.
• The Higher Vocational Training Hub — Founder and Director of the center, based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Istemrar General Trading Group — Co-founder and owner of a Dubai-based company specializing in the manufacturing and export of food products.
• Hadayacom — Co-founder and owner, based in Dubai.

Mohammad has worked as a consultant and trainer for senior officials and public figures in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Türkiye, Algeria, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Sudan, Tunisia, and other countries. He has delivered training programs and lectures in 16 Arab and international countries, attended by ministers, ambassadors, advisors, media professionals, and other high-profile figures. He has also trained personnel from numerous Gulf, Arab, and international institutions.

He has published several peer-reviewed scientific papers in international journals and conferences indexed in IEEE Xplore and Scopus. His research has also appeared in Scientific Reports, a journal published by Nature Portfolio. In addition, he authored the curriculum for the Diploma in Media and Public Relations at Ajman University.

He holds a PhD in Civilization and Islamic and Historical Studies from the University Da’wah College in Libya (2026), a PhD in the History of International Relations and Human Rights from Jinan University in Lebanon (2024), and a PhD in Educational Media from the Université de l’Union Française Internationale in Niamey (2021).
