She serves as the Official representative, legal advisor and director of legal affairs at Rawafy Al Ahlam Group. In her role, Lama manages the group’s legal portfolio, which includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and internal and external agreements, representing the company before official entities, courts, and regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and legal requirements across all branches of the group.

Her responsibilities also encompass developing an internal legal framework to standardize procedures and mitigate operational risks, providing legal counsel to executive leadership, overseeing the protection of the group’s intellectual property, and leading the legal review of expansion, mergers, and strategic contracts.

She has professional experience in commercial law, contract structuring, and corporate governance.

Lama holds a Master’s degree in Law.
