Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2021.

He has been the non-resident Ambassador of the UAE to the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic since 2021.

He held the position of Director General of the Diplomatic Office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Director General of the Representative Office of the President of the UAE in the Republic of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He also held the position of Deputy Director General for Private Travel Affairs at the “Private Department of the President of the UAE”, Administrative Director at the “President’s Business Department” between 2005 and 2015, and Administrative Officer at the “Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Business Department” between 2001 and 2005.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Uzbek Investment Fund (ADUI), Al Hilal Bank, and Al Falah Investment Fund Limited in Kazakhstan, in addition to working as an advisor to the International Fund for Houbara Conservation.

He obtained his PhD in Dentistry in 1996 from Crimean State Medical University in Ukraine.
