He has been a member of the Board of Directors of “ Yalla Group Limited ” since August 6, 2022, and “ Flash Entertainment Company ,” and a member of the Audit Committee of “ Abu Dhabi Motorsport Management Company .”

He served as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Communications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority “ TADRA ” between January 2015 and September 2017, Director General of the same authority between 2004 and 2015, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Communications and Information Systems Development Fund” between 2006 and 2009.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Media Council between 2008 and 2010, and a member of the Board of Directors of Twofour 54 Company.

He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Foundation for Advanced Science and Technology between 2006 and 2008, and Senior Director of Product Management at Thuraya Telecommunications Company between 1997 and 2004.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering in 1994 from Khalifa University .
