• Executive Director of the Integrated Environmental Policy and Planning Sector.
• Deputy Director of Environmental Strategy and Policy Coordination.
• Coordinator of the Secretary-General's Office.
• Chief Environmental Inspector.
• Secretary of the General Office.

He has 17 years of experience in strategic planning, analysis and policymaking.

He holds a PhD in Environmental Management from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom (2009), a Master's degree in Strategic and Security Studies from the National Defence College (2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of St Thomas in the United Kingdom (2001).
