With 24 years of experience in human resources and strategic planning, Muna began her career in the private sector working in human resources at Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies, She later served as an Emiratisation Officer at Standard Chartered Bank, and subsequently joined the Sharjah Ladies Club, where she held roles including Acting Head of the Support Services Department, and Head of Human Resources & Organizational Development at the club.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
