He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Emirates Reem Investment Company”, “ Abu Dhabi Airlines ” since 2008, and “Vision Group”, and “Ambition Real Estate Company” since 2011.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of “ Al Waha Capital ” since 2019, “ Abu Dhabi Airports Company ”, “Royal Jet Company”, “Maximus Air Cargo” and several other private joint stock companies.

He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Refreshments Company between June 25, 2020 and April 2023, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Driving Company between August 30, 2020 and March 3, 2022.

He joined the “International Holding Company” as a member of the Board of Directors from 2011 until 2020, and held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2014, and Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors between July 8, 2019 and July 29, 2019, then Chairman of the Board of Directors between July 29, 2019. And April 12, 2020.

He served as Managing Director and General Manager at Abu Dhabi Aviation Company, Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President for Engineering and Maintenance at the Presidential Aviation Authority between 2008 and 2013, Vice President for Engineering and Maintenance at the same Authority between 1996 and 2008, Director of the Materials and Equipment Department, and Director at “Jamco Trading and Contracting Company” between 1990 and 1996.

He contributed to the founding of “Jumero Company” and held the position of its executive director, and was a member of the board of directors of “Golden Rim Resources” in Australia.

He was ranked among the Forbes list of the 100 most powerful leaders in the tourism and travel sector in the Middle East in 2023.

He holds a Master of Engineering Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Avionics Engineering in 1990 from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the United States of America.
